如何应对劳动力市场对劳动力需求的快速变化,成为高职院校教育的重要课题之一,为此各国纷纷探索高职通识教育模式。跨学科认知作为通识教育的内核,与职业多变性、复杂性相对应。基于此,通过梳理通识教育与职业教育的关系、通识教育与劳动力市场的关系、跨学科认知心理机制、跨学科协同教学等国内外研究文献,提出高职跨学科通识教育模式有助于高职院校学生可持续发展,以期借此引起职业教育同人更多地回归教育本质——对人性的关注、对进步主义与实用主义理论的关注。
How to deal with rapid changes in the labor market demand for labor force has become one of the important topics in higher vocational education. Therefore, all countries have explored the general education model in higher vocational colleges. As the core of general education, interdisciplinary cognition corresponds to the variability and complexity of occupations. Based on this, by combing the relationship between liberal education and vocational education, the relationship between general education and labor market, the interdisciplinary cognitive psychology mechanism and interdisciplinary collaborative teaching, the author puts forward that interdisciplinary general education model Help the sustainable development of students in higher vocational colleges, with a view to bring about more return to the nature of education - the concern for human nature and the attention to the theory of progressiveism and pragmatism.
