现行中学化学教材中,演示实验180个,其中点滴实验就有60多个,占1/3还多。这些点滴实验多在试管中进行,药品用量都比较大,既浪费药品,又造成了环境污染、而改用井穴板或其代用品替代试管做点滴实验,则既可改变常规实验所带来的缺点。又可激发学生的学习热情和兴趣。下面简要介绍一些微型点滴实验的仪器和操作方法,同时阐明这种实验方法的意义。
In the current middle school chemistry textbook, there are 180 demonstration experiments, of which there are more than 60 experiments, accounting for more than 1/3. These drip tests were mostly conducted in test tubes. The amount of drugs used was relatively large, which was a waste of drugs and caused environmental pollution. Instead of using a well plate or its substitutes instead of a test tube to perform drip experiments, it was possible to change conventional experiments. Shortcomings. It also stimulates students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning. The following briefly introduces some of the micro-dropping test equipment and methods of operation, while clarifying the significance of this experimental method.
