针对公共部门人力资源激励机制进行分析,阐述了公共部门和公共部门人力资源界定,概括了公共部门员工激励涵义。结合这些内容,研究了公共部门人力资源激励机制,主要包括:深化人事制度改革,健全薪酬制度和社会保障制度,完善绩效考核体系。以期通过对这些内容的分析,为我国公共部门人力资源激励机制的建设和进一步完善提供一定帮助。
In the light of the analysis of incentive mechanism of human resources in the public sector, this paper expounds the definition of human resources in the public and public sectors and summarizes the motivation of public employees. Combined with these contents, it studies the incentive mechanism of human resources in the public sector, including: deepening the reform of the personnel system, improving the pay system and social security system, and perfecting the performance appraisal system. With a view to the analysis of these contents, it will be helpful for the construction and further improvement of the incentive mechanism of human resources in the public sector in our country.
