法庭口译作为法律语言的形式之一,乃当事人权利的重要保障。改革开放以来,尤其是加入世贸组织以后,涉外案件逐年增加,外国人被告在我国法庭出庭的现象时有发生。这为我国法庭口译的应用提供了契机,同时也因为诸多因素等特殊要求面临前所未有的挑战。 Court interpreting, as one of the forms of legal language, is an important safeguard for the rights of parties. Since the reform and opening up, especially after the accession to the WTO, the number of foreign-related cases has been increasing year by year, and the defendants of foreigners appear in court in our country from time to time. This provides an opportunity for the application of forensic interpretation in our country and also faces unprecedented challenges due to special requirements such as many factors.
