虽然整体上市是规范化市场中企业上市的一种重要选择方式与重要选择形式,但对于目前处于股权分裂状态下的中国股市来说,却并非最佳选择方式。整体上市在现阶段可以试验并逐步推广,但并不具备大规模普及所需耍的市场条件与制度条件。
Although the overall listing is an important choice and an important choice for the listing of enterprises in a regulated market, it is not the best choice for the Chinese stock market currently under the condition of split shareholding.
