行动导向法源自于德国的制造业教学,对我国电气教学的改革具有一定的启示作用。通过解析行动导向法的教学观念和价值,以行动导向法在电气教学改革中的应用为基础,着重分析电气专业核心课程教学的设计方法及应用方式,提出确定课程三维教学目标、设计课程教学载体、合理选择学习理论等实践措施,提高行动导向法在电气教学中的应用效率。
