随着课改减负活动的深入,越来越多的学校开设了自己的校本课程,其中,艺术体操也焕发了勃勃生机。通过资料分析法,重点论述在中学开展艺术体操课的可行性。艺术体操在中学开展既适合中学生生理、心理和生长发育特点,又能使学生养成正确的身体姿态,而且不受场地器材的限制,适合在中学广泛开展。
With the deepening of curriculum reform and reduction of negative effects, more and more schools have set up their own school-based curriculum, of which the artistic gymnastics also rejuvenated. Through the method of data analysis, this article focuses on the feasibility of carrying out artistic gym classes in secondary schools. Rhythmic gymnastics is suitable for middle school students in both physical, psychological and growth characteristics, but also enables students to develop a correct body posture, and is not subject to site equipment, suitable for wide use in secondary schools.
