我厂815吨锻造行车的250吨翻钢机,生产中常受到撞击,减速器紧固件容易松动、脱落,蜗轮位移,壳体受挤压变形,致使接合面间隙达2毫米左右,造成泄漏。我厂原用国产液态密封胶,因其使用温度满足不了翻钢机所经受的幅射热(200℃),密封效果一直不佳。1981年我们改用了兰州化学物理研究所研制的KL-1密封剂,它是一种高温干性附着型密封剂。工作温度-100℃直至600~800℃,分解温度1000℃以上,封严耐压性良好,平面封严,常温可达250公斤/厘米~2,100℃时可达85~40公斤/厘米~2,200℃时可达
