近日,与几名部属谈论工作时,有人提出领导要少提新思想。乍一听不以为然,细一想却深觉有理。本来,作为领导能提出新思想应该是件好事,说明领导思想解放,富有进取精神、创新意识。可问题是现在有的领导“新思想”冒得太容易了,三天一个新思维,两天一个新视角,一天一个新主意,把“新”字常挂嘴边,不管干什么工作都要想新法、出新招。这种执意围绕“新”字做文章的精神虽然可嘉,但做法是否可取很值得商榷。之所以这么说,是因为领导干部的“新思想”提得过于频繁,其一会割裂部队建设的连续性。任何一个单位要想
