目的 探讨血浆自由基水平及脂质过氧化物 (L PO)与小儿急性白血病 (AL)的关系。方法 应用电子自旋共振技术 (ESR)测定了小儿 AL 患者血浆自由基水平 ,应用改良硫代巴比妥酸荧光法测定了血浆 L PO含量 ,并与正常儿童作对照。结果 AL患者血浆自由基水平、L PO含量明显高于正常组。结论 AL患者存在着自由基代谢的紊乱 ,表现为血浆自由基水平增高及自由基引发的 L PO含量增加 ,可供探讨肿瘤与自由基的关系及临床诊断作参考。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma free radical levels and lipid peroxides (L PO) and childhood acute leukemia (AL). Methods The levels of plasma free radicals in children with AL were measured by electron spin resonance (ESR). The content of L PO in plasma was measured by modified thiobarbituric acid method and compared with normal children. Results The levels of plasma free radicals and L PO in AL patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects. Conclusion There is a disorder of free radical metabolism in patients with AL, which is manifested by the increase of plasma free radicals and the increase of free radical-induced L PO levels. It is useful for exploring the relationship between tumor and free radicals and clinical diagnosis.
