目的探讨直管电子喉镜下钳取咽喉异物的应用价值.方法回顾性分析利用storz直管电子喉镜经口进路对门诊咽喉部异物及怀疑有咽喉部异物患者826例的临床资料.结果 826例患者中802例发现有异物,并在镜下成功取出;24例未见异物的检查结果为咽喉部粘膜充血或粘膜溃疡,其中有7例见小血肿形成,经抗炎治疗1周后异物感症状消失,复查均未见异物遗留.结论经口进路在直管电子喉镜下探查或取出咽喉部异物具有成功率高、视野清晰、安全准确、病人痛苦少、简便快捷、无创等优点,值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of forceps for the removal of throat foreign bodies under straight-tube electronic laryngoscope.Methods The clinical data of 826 patients with out-patient throat and foreign body suspected throat were analyzed retrospectively with storz straight-tube electronic laryngoscope.Results Of the 826 patients, 802 were found to have foreign bodies and were successfully removed under the microscope. Twenty-four of the foreign bodies without foreign bodies were throat mucosal hyperemia or mucosal ulceration, including 7 cases of small hematoma formation. After 1 week of anti-inflammatory treatment The symptoms of foreign body sensation disappeared, no foreign body was found in the reexamination.Conclusion Oral approach to explore or remove the foreign body of throat in straight tube electronic laryngoscope has high success rate, clear vision, safe and accurate, less pain, quick and easy Advantages, it is worth promoting application.
