微量硫化氢测定方法很多,目前以硫离子与荧光素汞反应使荧光熄灭的荧光光度法灵敏度最高和选择性最好。我们已成功地将其用于天然气、油田气、半水煤气和钢铁及纯金属中微量硫的测定。本文进一步研究了空气和水中微量硫化氢的测定,灵敏度达ppt级,一次测定时间为25分钟,对于1ppm以下的测定,相对误差不大于10%。实验部分 (一)仪器和试剂 1.光电荧光计:液槽为1×3×3厘米。 2.放气、吸收装置及其使用:如图1所示,将醋酸锌吸收液固定的空气或水样盛入三口瓶A中(容积125毫升),联
Determination of trace amounts of hydrogen sulfide are many, the current sulfur ions and fluorescence of mercury fluorescence fluorescence quenching the highest sensitivity and selectivity of the best. We have successfully applied it to the determination of trace sulfur in natural gas, oilfield gas, semi-water gas, steel and pure metal. In this paper, the determination of trace amount of hydrogen sulfide in air and water is further studied. The sensitivity is up to ppt level. The first measurement time is 25 minutes.
