近年来,中国加快了进入世界贸易组织(WTO)的步伐,一旦成为WTO正式成员国,如何既保证饮食安全,又能符合世界贸易组织的要求,成了食品卫生工作者需要研究的重点,本文就食品卫生监督工作如何适应世界贸易组织的需要做一初步探讨。
In recent years, China has accelerated the pace of its entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO). Once it becomes a full member of the WTO, how to ensure food safety and comply with the requirements of the World Trade Organization has become a focus for food health workers. A preliminary discussion was made on how the food hygiene supervision work should meet the needs of the World Trade Organization.
