目的分析乳果糖口服液对肝硬化患者肝功能和肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法选取2014年5月—2016年5月九江学院附属医院收治的肝硬化患者80例,按照临床用药不同分为对照组与研究组,各40例。两组患者入院后首先接受支持治疗,即给予门冬氨酸钾镁治疗。对照组给予呋塞米与甘草酸二铵治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用乳果糖口服液治疗。比较两组患者肝功能〔丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBi L)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、白球比值(A/G)〕、肠黏膜屏障功能(即肠黏膜通透性)〔D-乳酸、血清内毒素、降钙素原(PCT)以及尿乳果糖/甘露醇比值(尿L/M)〕、不良反应发生率及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组ALT、AST、TBi L、GGT、D-乳酸、血清内毒素、PCT及尿L/M比值均低于对照组,ALB和A/G及总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳果糖口服液能加速患者肝功能恢复和促进肠黏膜修复,有效改善患者肝功能指标和肠黏膜屏障功能,抑制肝硬化病情恶化,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of lactulose oral liquid on liver function and intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with liver cirrhosis. Conclusion Lactulose oral liquid can accelerate the recovery of liver function and promote intestinal mucosa repair, effectively improve the liver function index and intestinal mucosal barrier function, inhibit the deterioration of liver cirrhosis and improve the quality of life of patients.
