从文化的视角来解读荣辱观不仅有利于践行,而且能够从思想传统和现代精神的层面来加深认识,使全社会更加自觉地理解和弘扬。“八荣八耻”提出的文化意义,就是用正确的、积极向上的荣辱观去引导人、培养人,去规范人的行为。社会主义荣辱观是传统精神的凝练,是新时期道德规范的提升与创新。社会上存在荣辱观颠倒现象其文化原因是中国传统文化中的缺失、“文化大革命”反文化的危害和多元文化撞击的负面影响。在全社会形成正确的荣辱观,要构建社会主义核心价值观,要发挥政府的主导作用和示范作用,要加强纪律、法律的保证作用。
To interpret the concept of honor and disgrace from a cultural perspective is not only conducive to practice, but also deepens our understanding through the aspects of ideological tradition and modern spirit so that the whole society can more consciously understand and promote it. The cultural reasons for the inversion of the concept of honor and disgrace in society are the lack of traditional Chinese culture, the detriment of the “cultural revolution” against culture and the negative impact of multiculturalism. In the whole society to form the correct concept of honor and disgrace, to build the core values of socialism, to play a leading role in the government and a model role, we must strengthen the discipline, the role of the law to ensure.
