基于共生理论视角对系统间协同性的内涵进行了重新界定,并在总结现有定量评价模型的基础上,构建了一个新的协同性评价模型。采用主要煤炭资源型区域相关面板数据,对我国主要煤炭资源型区域的科技创新能力子系统与经济发展子系统之间协同状态进行了定量评价,针对主要煤炭资源型区域协同度仍未达到稳定的优质协同状态及子系统间仍处于非对称性互利共生状态的改进提出建议。
Based on the theory of symbiosis, the connotation of synergy among systems is redefined. Based on the existing quantitative evaluation models, a new collaborative evaluation model is constructed. Based on the panel data of the major coal resource areas, the state of cooperation between the S & T innovation subsystem and the economic development subsystem in China’s major coal resource-based regions has been quantitatively evaluated. However, the degree of coordination among the major coal resource-based regions has not yet reached a stable level Quality collaborative state and subsystems are still in asymmetric mutually beneficial symbiosis state of the proposed improvements.
