目的 :探讨颅内海绵状血管瘤的影像学表现和手术治疗方法与效果。方法 :回顾性分析 2 3例 (2 4个病灶 )颅内海绵状血管瘤的CT和MRI表现 ,并应用显微神经外科技术手术切除。结果 :2 3例中 ,13例行CT检查 ,其中脑内型 10例 ,脑外型 3例 ,单纯行CT检查的 7例中 ,诊断不明确 4例。 16例行MR检查 ,多数表现为混杂的T1、T2 信号 ,周边有低信号包绕 ,2 3例病人全部手术治疗 ,5例术后放疗 ,术后随访 18例 ,效果良好。结论 :MR是诊断该病的理想方法 ,对于大病灶必须神经外科手术治疗 ,术后残余病灶和深部小病灶可应用立体定向放射治疗
Objective: To investigate the imaging findings and surgical treatment of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas. Methods: CT and MRI findings of 23 cases (24 lesions) of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas were retrospectively analyzed. Surgical resection was performed by means of microsurgical neurosurgery. Results: Twenty-three of the 23 patients underwent CT examination, of which 10 were intracerebral, 3 were extracerebral, 7 were not diagnosed by CT. Sixteen patients underwent MR examination. Most of them showed mixed T1 and T2 signals, surrounded by low signal, all of 23 patients underwent surgery and 5 patients received postoperative radiotherapy. 18 patients were followed up with good results. Conclusion: MR is the ideal method to diagnose the disease. For large lesions, neurosurgical treatment, postoperative residual lesions and deep small lesions can be applied stereotactic radiotherapy
