用ParmaciaCAP方法测定了259例健康人和103例慢性哮喘活动的患者血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平,并分析其与痰嗜酸细胞计数、血清特异性IgE之间的关系。结果显示:①正常个体血清ECP水平的几何均数是4.71μg/L,95%的百分位数是12.20μg/L。血清ECP水平高于13μg/L时提示嗜酸细胞活化。②活动性哮喘患者血清ECP水平(8.70±13.40)μg/L显著高于健康对照组(5.41±2.30)μg/L,(P<0.01),但其中75%的患者血清ECP值<13μg/L。哮喘患者血清ECP与血清特异性IgE(P<0.01)、痰嗜酸细胞计数(r=0.51,P<0.05)之间有一定正相关。
Serum eosinophilic cationic protein (ECP) levels were measured in 259 healthy subjects and 103 patients with chronic asthma using the ParmaciaCAP method and their association with sputum eosinophil count and serum-specific IgE were also analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The geometric mean ECP level of normal individuals was 4.71 μg / L and the 95% percentile was 12.20 μg / L. Serum ECP levels above 13 μg / L indicate eosinophil activation. ② The level of serum ECP in patients with active asthma (8.70 ± 13.40 μg / L) was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (5.41 ± 2.30 μg / L, P <0.01), but 75 % Of patients with serum ECP value <13μg / L.
