本文叙述了在硫酸溶液中对稀土6063变形铝合金进行阳极氧化,较为系统地研究了氧化工艺条件对氧化膜厚度的影响。并用X射线分析了6063铝合金中稀土元素的物相,计算晶胞参数等。结果表明:稀土与铝、镁、硅等元素形成金属间化合物。分布在晶界和晶内、晶粒度变小,使合金组织细化,接收极化能力增强,易生成致密的氧化膜。稀土含量以0.20~0.30%为宜。
This paper describes the anodic oxidation of rare earth 6063 deformed aluminum alloy in sulfuric acid solution. The effects of the oxidation process conditions on the oxide film thickness are systematically investigated. The phase of rare earth elements in 6063 aluminum alloy was analyzed by X-ray and the unit cell parameters were calculated. The results show that: rare earth and aluminum, magnesium, silicon and other elements to form intermetallic compounds. Distribution in the grain boundaries and grains, the grain size becomes smaller, so that the alloy structure refinement, enhanced reception polarization, easy to generate dense oxide film. Rare earth content of 0.20 ~ 0.30% is appropriate.
