以单添传统基质草炭为对照,分别添加体积比为5%、10%、20%、40%、60%的蔬菜废物堆肥部分替代草炭,通过对黄瓜种子的发芽率、幼苗死亡率以及幼苗生长的营养指标(包括株高、茎粗、叶面积、根长、生物量、叶绿素含量和壮苗指数)进行综合评估,得到最佳的替代比例。结果表明:蔬菜废物堆肥添加比例为20%替代效果最好;蔬菜废物堆肥添加比例大于20%,黄瓜种子发芽率降低,对黄瓜幼苗的生长有一定的抑制作用,并在育苗后期出现一定程度的死苗现象。
In the experiment, peat was added as a single substrate to replace peat in the composting of 5%, 10%, 20%, 40% and 60% of the vegetable wastes respectively. The germination rate, seedling mortality and seedling growth (Including plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, root length, biomass, chlorophyll content and strong seedling index) were evaluated comprehensively to get the best replacement ratio. The results showed that 20% of the composting of vegetable wastes had the best replacement efficiency. The composting ratio of vegetable wastes was more than 20%. The germination rate of cucumber seeds was reduced, which could inhibit the growth of cucumber seedlings. Dead seedling phenomenon.
