某厂3例男性工人,在冲洗盛过苯胺的槽罐后,全感身体不适,头痛头晕、胸闷气短,恶心呕吐,随时间而加重,其中1例呼不答应,大小便失禁,以急性苯胺中毒入院。二例患者烦燥及呼吸急促步入病房,唇指及颜面皮肤粘膜青紫,血压正常,心肺腹无阳性病征。经静脉推注美蓝(2mg/kg)和50％葡萄糖并吸氧,3小时后青紫征消退症状减轻,继静脉点滴vitc和能量合剂,7天后全愈出院。抬入病房患者,除青紫征意识丧失,生理反射减弱,血压测不到,心音低
