文章认为 :本届《广西通志》专业志记述人物比重极少 ,不能说不是一个遗憾 !造成记物不记人的主要原因是 :长期的计划经济体制造成忽视人的积极性、创造性和人在事业发展中的决定性作用 ;编撰人员未能很好学习方志理论 ,难免顾此失彼 ;消极接受“文化大革命”和历次政治运动的影响 ,怕谈人事 ;《广西通志》编纂方案设计所致。文章建议下届编修《广西通志·人物志》和各专业志应合理分工 ,分别记述人物 ,充分反映各类人物活动。 The article holds the view that: the current “Guangxi Tongzhi” professional records account for a very small proportion of people, can not be said to be not a pity! The main reason for causing people not to remember things is: long-term planned economy creates neglect of human enthusiasm, creativity and people The decisive role in career development; compilers failed to learn the theory of chronicles, it is inevitable to take care of each other; negatively accept the “Cultural Revolution” and the impact of previous political campaigns, afraid of talking about personnel; “Tung Chi” compilation program design. The article suggests that the next compilation of “Annals of the People of Tongji in Guangxi” and various professional Zhi should be a reasonable division of labor, were narrated figures, fully reflect the activities of various types of characters.
