胆囊炎为常见病多发病,而以高热为突出表现,无其他明显症状及体征者少见,极易误诊误治。现报告一例如下: 患者:男,17岁。主因发热伴头痛13天,于1989年11月14日入院。患者13天前无明显诱因,开始发热,以下午及傍晚为著,体温高达39—42℃。发热前畏寒,热退后出大汗,伴有头痛,无腹痛恶心,呕吐,曾多次到医院就诊,给予中药治疗,并肌注青霉素7天,症状无缓解。
Cholecystitis is a common disease frequently-occurring disease, but with high fever as the outstanding performance, no other obvious symptoms and signs of rare, extremely easy to misdiagnosis and mistreatment. An example is reported below: Patient: Male, 17 years old. The main cause of fever with headache for 13 days, on November 14, 1989 admission. Patients 13 days ago no obvious incentive to start fever, the afternoon and evening for the body temperature up to 39-42 ℃. Fever before fever, fever back out of sweat, accompanied by headache, no abdominal pain nausea, vomiting, have repeatedly to the hospital for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and intramuscular injection of penicillin 7 days, no relief of symptoms.
