通过烧结料层风量的大小是决定烧结机生产能力的重要因素之一.在抽风机能力不变的情况下,要增加通过料层的空气量,就必须设法减小物料对气流通过的阻力.在实验的基础上,研究了烧结杯安装支撑板后对料层透气性的改善效果,进而考察了对烧结生产率、烧结矿转鼓强度、成品率、粒度组成和冶金性能等的影响.实验表明,安装支架后,烧结生产率明显提高,最高提高23.15%,尽管转鼓强度略有下降,但仍可满足生产要求,而冶金性能也得到改善.
