在Mg2+改性Hβ分子筛催化剂上进行了甲基萘与甲醇的烷基化反应。考察了Mg2+交换量对Hβ分子筛催化剂的比表面积、表面酸中心强度和催化甲基萘与甲醇烷基化效果的影响。通过正交试验,优化了影响Mg2+改性Hβ催化剂催化效果的原料配比、反应温度及质量空速(WHSV)等反应条件。实验结果表明:随Mg2+交换量增加,催化剂的比表面积下降,催化剂表面的弱酸中心数增加,烷基化催化效果改善;甲基萘与甲醇烷基化反应的最佳条件为空速0 4~0 6h-1、反应温度460℃、原料配比MN∶ME∶TMB为1∶0 6∶3~1∶0 8∶3。
Alkylation of methylnaphthalene with methanol over Mg2 + modified Hβ zeolite catalysts was carried out. The effects of Mg2 + exchange amount on the specific surface area of Hβ zeolite catalyst, the surface acid sites and the catalytic alkylation of methylnaphthalene with methanol were investigated. Through orthogonal test, the reaction conditions such as the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and mass space velocity (WHSV), which influence the catalytic effect of Mg2 + modified Hβ catalyst, were optimized. The experimental results showed that the specific surface area of the catalyst decreased with the increase of the amount of Mg2 + exchange, the number of weak acid sites on the catalyst surface increased, and the alkylation efficiency was improved. The optimum conditions for the alkylation of methylnaphthalene and methanol were space velocity 0 4 ~ 0 6h-1, the reaction temperature is 460 ℃, the ratio of raw materials MN: ME: TMB is 1:06:3 ~ 1:0 8:3.
