从一九七六年开始,安徽省冶金地质勘探公司八一二队和煤炭科学院地质勘探研究所协作,对低温电镀孕镶人造金刚石钻头进行了研制及试验。两年来,摸索出一套低温电镀孕镶人造金刚石钻头制造工艺,制造了几批钻头,并在安徽省铜官山矿区火成岩地层进行了生产性试验,取得良好效果,超过了冶金部钻进硬岩的技术指标。一、低温电镀孕镶人造金刚石钻头制造工艺 (一)电镀钻头结构及技术特征
Since 1976, the 812 team of Anhui Metallurgical Geological Exploration Company and the Institute of Geological Exploration of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have collaborated to develop and test the low temperature electroplating gem diamond drill bits. In the past two years, a series of low-temperature electroplating diamond-studded artificial diamond bits have been worked out. Several sets of drill bits have been manufactured and productive tests have been carried out in the igneous rock formations in the Tongguanshan Mine Area, Anhui Province. The results have achieved good results, exceeding the drilling hard Rock technical indicators. First, the low temperature plating impregnated synthetic diamond bit manufacturing process (A) plating bit structure and technical characteristics
