青年人食管癌少见,我科自1977年3月～1985年12月放射治疗食管癌2830例,其中30岁以下的年青患者14例。本文分析讨论了青年人食管癌的临床特点及治疗方法。 1 一般资料 男9例,女5例、年龄22～30岁。病变位于上段者5例,中段者4例,下段者5例。均有病理或细胞学诊断。先给前后两野包括全纵隔放疗。野宽6～7cm,DT40Gy,以后改背部斜野加量,一般总量在60～70Gy/6～7周。
Young people with esophageal cancer are rare. Our department has treated 2830 cases of esophageal cancer from March 1977 to December 1985, including 14 young patients under the age of 30 years. This article analyzes and discusses the clinical features and treatment of esophageal cancer in young people. 1 General information Male 9 cases, female 5 cases, age 22 to 30 years old. The lesions were located in the upper segment in 5 cases, in the middle segment in 4 cases and in the lower segment in 5 cases. All have pathological or cytological diagnosis. First and last two fields include full mediastinal radiotherapy. Wild width 6 ~ 7cm, DT40Gy, later changed the back oblique wilderness, the general total in 60 ~ 70Gy / 6 ~ 7 weeks.
