采用直流气体放电活化反应蒸发沉积法制备的氧化锌、氧化用超微粒复合膜进行热处理,并对热处理前后样品的微观结构及所产生效应的机理进行了讨论.
Zinc oxide prepared by DC gas discharge activation evaporation deposition method was used for heat treatment. The microstructure of the sample before and after heat treatment and the mechanism of the effect were discussed.
