The research results of 12 8-element line array GaAs / AlGaAs multi-quantum well long-wave infrared focal plane detector with two-dimensional diffraction grating are reported. The peak light absorption wavelength of the detector is λP = 8.9μm, and the operating mode of vertical incident light coupling is used.
