目的:探讨十全大补汤对小鼠肺癌组织中Survivin蛋白表达的影响。方法:40只C57BL/6小鼠接种Lewis肺癌瘤株后,随机分为4组,并给予不同浓度的十全大补汤进行干预,15天后,处死小鼠,采用SABC免疫组化法对各组Survivin蛋白表达进行检测。结果:与模型组比较,十全大补汤中剂量组Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率较低,有统计学意义。结论:十全大补汤在抑制肿瘤的过程中,可能具有双向调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shiquan Dabu Tang on the expression of Survivin protein in lung cancer in mice. METHODS: Forty Lewis C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with Lewis lung tumor strains and randomly divided into 4 groups. Shiquan Dabu Decoction of different concentrations was given to intervene. After 15 days, mice were sacrificed and SABC immunohistochemical method was used for each group. The Survivin protein expression was detected in the group. Results: Compared with the model group, the positive expression rate of Survivin protein was lower in Shiquan Dabu Decoction middle dose group, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Shiquan Dabu Decoction may have two-way adjustment in the process of tumor inhibition.
