目的：探讨PDCA在手术室急救物品管理中的应用。方法通过对本院手术室急救物品进行3个周期PDCA循环管理,不断解决急救物品管理中存在的问题和不足,以增加急救物品管理规范性和有效性。结果经过3个周期的PDCA循环,护理人员的规范考核成绩已经显著高于PDCA循环进行之前,而急救物品管理考核分数也显著高于之前,且<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 PDCA模式能有效提高手术室急救物品的管理和使用效率。“,”Objective To investigate the application of PDCA in the management of emergency management in operation room.
