我们在配制本品中常遇到的主要问题是:如何控制 pH 值变化,保持药液稳定,以及澄明度不易合格,贮存期间经常产生小白点和云雾状沉淀(冒烟现象)等问题。本品通 CO_2能使药液 pH 稳定已在一些文献中从理论上和实践中得到确认。近二年来我们不通 CO_2同样亦能制得合格产品。现将配制过程和方法介绍如下。由于碳酸氢钠水溶液遇热很不稳定,100℃以上发生下式分解反应:2 NaHCO_3Na_2CO_3+H_2O+CO_2所产生的碳酸钠可使 pH 升高,故用新鲜注射
