胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中指出,人民民主是社会主义的生命,发展社会主义民主政治是我们党始终不渝的奋斗目标。社会主义民主政治建设是社会主义和谐社会建设的重要方面之一,社会主义民主政治建设为社会主义和谐社会的构建提供政治保障。社会主义民主政治与宪政紧密相联,宪政是民主的保证,民主是宪政的依归;法治是宪政的运行机制,本文对宪法、宪政含义、宪政和社会主义和谐社会关系进行探讨,并试探性地对在社会主义和谐社会的构建中推进宪政建设作一些思考。
In his report to the 17th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out: People’s democracy is the life of socialism. To develop socialist democracy is the unswerving goal of our party. The construction of socialist democratic politics is one of the important aspects of building a harmonious socialist society. The construction of socialist democratic politics provides political guarantee for the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Socialist democratic politics are closely linked with constitutional government. Constitutionalism is the guarantee of democracy. Democracy is the basis of constitutional government. The rule of law is the operating mechanism of constitutional government. This article explores the relationship between constitutionalism, constitutionalism, constitutionalism and socialist harmonious society. Some Thoughts on Promoting the Construction of Constitutionalism in the Construction of Socialist Harmonious Society.
