以油田生产的轻烃(C4~C8)为原料,在Ga/Zn/ZSM-5催化剂上芳构化,并给出催化剂在100ml(催化剂填装量)试验装置上进行稳定性考核的1000h试验结果。在反应温度为550℃、WHSV为05h-1、反应转化率为96%时,芳烃质量收率可达5551%。在此基础上,讨论了轻烃(C4~C8)制取三苯的3×104t/a工业中试装置的设计及工艺流程。
The light hydrocarbon (C4-C8) produced in the oil field was used as a raw material to aromatize on Ga / Zn / ZSM-5 catalyst and give a 1000h test for the stability of the catalyst on a 100ml (catalyst loading) result. When the reaction temperature is 550 ℃, the WHSV is 05h-1 and the reaction conversion is 96%, the yield of aromatics can reach 5551%. On this basis, the design and technological process of 3 × 104t / a industrial pilot plant for preparing triphenylbenzene from light hydrocarbon (C4 ~ C8) are discussed.
