随着经济飞速发展,社会对人才的需求量越来越大,对人才要求也越来越高。高职院校是培养人才的摇篮,良好的行政管理模式对加强高职院校的建设以及人才的培养具有着重要的意义。当前,高等教育正面临着全面深化改革的新局面,为了适应高职院校行政管理体制改革和创新的需要,培养出大量合格的、社会急需的、应用型人才,高职院校也开始对行政管理工作进行不断地创新、强化管理,不断加强和完善行政管理模式,以最好和最快的方式跟上时代发展,适应社会的快速发展和变化,最大程度地满足社会的需求。本文将先对高职院校行政管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,再重点探讨高职院校行政管理模式的改革新思路以及具体实践应用。
With the rapid economic development, the demand for talents in society is getting larger and larger, and the demand for talents is also getting higher and higher. Higher vocational colleges are the cradle of cultivating talents, and good administration mode is of great significance to strengthening the construction of higher vocational colleges and personnel training. At present, higher education is facing a new situation of deepening the reform in an all-round way. In order to meet the need of the reform and innovation of administrative management system in higher vocational colleges, a large number of qualified and urgently needed social and applied talents are cultivated. The work of administration should be continuously innovated, management should be strengthened, the administration mode should be continuously strengthened and improved, the development of the times should be followed in the best and quickest way, the rapid development and change of the society should be met, and the needs of the society should be satisfied to the greatest extent. This article will first analyze the existing problems in the administration of higher vocational colleges, and then focus on the reform of higher vocational colleges and administrative management of the new ideas and practical application of the model.
