目的:深入研究血液标本保存时间对各生化检测指标的影响.方法:选取我院2018年10月～2020年10月收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的血清样本,使用AU5800全自动生化分析仪检测不同保存时间下多种等生化指标的变化情况.结果:针对保存时间为1周的检测结果,除AST、ALB、GLU以及CR生化指标外,其余生化指标与即刻检测结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).同时UA超出实验室允许误差范围;针对保存时间为2周的检测结果,除AST、TP、ALB以及GLU生化指标以外,其余生化指标与即刻检测结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:不同时间段的血液标本保存时间会对多数生化指标的准确性造成影响.因此要根据患者的实际需求,确定血液标本的最佳保存时间.
