本文综合对国内几个中型电弧炉的能量测定结果,指出电弧炉的节能首先取决于废钢料的优劣及原料场的管理,其次是在输入电炉的功率水平较高时,采用水冷炉壁或增大水冷块面积才显得合理,长期精炼不宜用水冷炉衬;第三向炉内吹入氧气和燃料后,使炉气量增大,应予回收以预热废钢;第四应采用先进的冶炼工艺,遵守操作规程等。
