太阳纸业公司承担的“制浆造纸固废资源化高效利用应用示范项目”已立项,并获国家专项财政资助。该项目主要研究内容是通过优化工艺过程,提高水循环利用率,减少废水排放量、废水中SS、有机物含量,来减少废水处理时污泥的发生量。通过提高木片合格率和筛选质量,以减少生物质固体废渣的产生,实现了废水污泥和生物质固体废渣在清洁生产过程的减排。不仅解决了公司固废处置存在的环保问题,进一步提高公司的环保处理水平,而且实现了制浆造纸固废的资源化应用和生物质发电。
Sun Paper Co., Ltd. undertook the “Demonstration Project of Efficient Utilization of Pulp and Paper Solid Waste Recycling and Utilization” and won the special financial support from the state. The main research content of this project is to reduce the amount of sludge in wastewater treatment by optimizing the process, increasing water recycling rate, reducing wastewater discharge, SS and organic content in wastewater. By improving the qualified rate of wood chips and screening quality, the production of biomass solid waste can be reduced, and the emission reduction of waste sludge and biomass solid waste in the process of cleaner production can be realized. It not only solved the environmental problems existing in solid waste disposal of the Company, but also further enhanced the company’s environmental treatment level. In addition, it realized the resource-based application of solid waste of pulp and paper and biomass power generation.
