将传统的造纸原料的综纤维素提取方法进行改进,使用微波加热代替传统的水浴加热,并对稻草原料进行了综纤维素含量及综纤维素中α-纤维素含量测定。结果表明,微波功率205~215W,辐射时间5min时,得到的检测结果与传统方法最为接近,重复实验表明该方法具有良好的再现性。经红外光谱检测,最佳辐射条件下微波对稻草中综纤维素的结构没有造成破坏。
The traditional method of extracting the holocellulose from papermaking raw materials was improved. The microwave heating was used to replace the traditional heating in water bath. The content of holocellulose and the content of α-cellulose in holocellulose were determined. The results show that when the microwave power is 205-215 W and the irradiation time is 5 min, the test results obtained are the closest to the traditional method. Repeated experiments show that the method has good reproducibility. The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that the microwave did not cause any damage to the structure of the holocellulose in the straw under the optimal radiation conditions.
