目的了解上海市松江区家蝇对5种杀虫剂的抗药性,以便科学、合理地使用杀虫剂。方法采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对5种杀虫剂的半数致死剂量(LD5 0),并与敏感品系的LD5 0比较,得到抗性系数以此评价抗药性。结果溴氰菊酯抗性系数最高,达60.31;其次分别为甲基嘧啶磷、高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯,抗性系数分别为56.02、51.41和27.72,均超过20,抗药性较高;最低为敌敌畏,抗性系数为4.87,具有低抗性。结论上海市松江区家蝇对5种杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性。应注意轮换用药、复配用药并规范喷药,以控制和减缓家蝇抗性的发展。
Objective To understand the resistance of Musca domestica to five kinds of insecticides in Songjiang district of Shanghai to make scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The median lethal dose (LD50) of five insecticides in houseflies was determined by microdilution method and compared with that of susceptible strains. The resistance coefficient was obtained to evaluate the drug resistance. The results showed that deltamethrin had the highest resistance coefficient of 60.31, followed by pyrimethanil, beta-cypermethrin and permethrin respectively, with resistance coefficients of 56.02,51.41 and 27.72, respectively, all higher than 20, with the highest resistance, and the lowest Dichlorvos, the resistance coefficient of 4.87, with low resistance. Conclusion Musca domestica in Songjiang district of Shanghai had different levels of resistance to five kinds of insecticides. Should pay attention to rotation of medication, medication and regulate the spray compound to control and slow the development of housefly resistance.
