目的:探讨体验式学习对实习护生康复护理认知及技能的影响。方法:选取我院2015年7月~2016年3月的58例实习护生作为研究对象,按照数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组护生实施传统式学习,观察组开展体验式学习,比较两组护生实习前后的认知理论和操作技能成绩情况。结果实习前,两组护生的认知理论和操作技能成绩均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习后,两组护生的认知理论成绩和操作技能成绩均有明显的提高,且观察组护生成绩均明显均高于对照组,两组比较,差异均据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式学习能够提高实习护生康复护理认知及技能,提高学习积极性,提升护生的专业水平和整体护理技能。“,”Objective: To observe the effect of experiential learning on rehabilitation nursing cognition and skil s among nursing students. Methods: Totals of 58 nursing students from July 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups as the control group (n=29) and the observation group (n=29).Nursing students in the control group were given the traditional teaching, while ones in the observation group received experiential learning. After that, scores of nursing cognition and skil s were recorded and compared between two groups before and after the internship. Results: There was no difference in the scores of nursing cognition and skil s before the internship. Scores of nursing cognition and skil s in two groups were higher than before, and ones in the observation group were higher than those of the control group. Differences had statistical significances between them(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of experiential learning on nursing students could effectively improve the nursing cognition and skil s.
