考察了提取温度、料液比、提取时间、氧化钙用量、乙醇溶液浓度、超声辅助时间对胡杨叶水杨苷提取率的影响。采用Box-Behnken设计,以筛选出的显著因素氧化钙用量、超声辅助时间、乙醇浓度为自变量,水杨苷提取率为响应,对提取工艺进行优化。响应面及综合分析表明,最佳工艺条件为超声时间19min、CaO加入量1.02:10(w/w)、乙醇浓度71.4%、温度75℃、料液比1:25、提取时间60min,上述条件下水杨苷的实际提取率可达86.3%。
The effects of extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, calcium oxide concentration, ethanol concentration, and sonication time on the extraction rate of salicin from Populus euphratica were investigated. The Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the extraction process in response to the selected amount of calcium oxide, ultrasound-assisted time, and ethanol concentration as independent variables. Response surface and comprehensive analysis showed that the optimum conditions were: ultrasonic time 19min, CaO addition 1.02: 10 (w / w), ethanol concentration 71.4%, temperature 75 ℃, ratio of material to liquid 1:25 and extraction time 60min. Salicin the actual extraction rate of up to 86.3%.
