26株快生型大豆根瘤菌(R.fredii)与我国25个栽培大豆品种共生试验表明:Rfredii能与我国栽培大豆有效共生,固氮酶活性(C2H4)一般在3~6nmol.L(-1).g(-1).h(-1),接种在跃进5号、山宁2号、鲁豆4号、民权圆蛋粒和上海早毛豆等品种上共生效果与慢生型大豆根瘤菌B.japonicum15006(P.R.C.005)相当或超过之。但R.fredii对大豆品种的选择性更明显,26个菌株的接种有效率平均为49%,其中15067(USDA191)为89%。4株R.fredii接种在夏大豆跃进5号、鲁豆4号和山宁2号上的田间小区实验每亩增产大豆10.6~32.1kg,增产幅度9.4%~31.4%。大田接种平均每亩增产大豆22.1kg。
