本文对新合成的试剂4-对甲苯基-1-对苯磺酸钠硫代氨基脲(4-p-methylphenyl-1-(sodium-p-phenylsulphonate)thiosemicarbazide(简称pMPT)与Cu(Ⅱ)的配合物进行了研究,发现在0.006%Tween-80的NH3-NH4Cl溶液中,配合物于-0.63V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,峰电流与Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在5~110ng/mL范围内有线性关系,检测限为3ng/mL,应用于人发、硫酸镍中铜的测定,均得到了满意的结果。试验了多种表面活性剂的影响,测得配合物组成为Cu(Ⅱ)∶pMPT=1∶3,条件稳定常数β=5.54×1017,并对该体系的极谱波性质及其反应机理进行了探讨。
