在盆栽条件下,以等量不同种类氮肥作基肥施用于油菜,硫铵的利用率为58.66%,碳铵为55.94%。在添加ASU后,利用率分别为63.83%和59.10%,比不加ASU的提高5.17%和3.16%.植株中基肥氮在籽粒中的比率,硫铵的为67.88%,碳铵的为66.13%;添加ASU后,分别提高到74.52%和73.54%,表明油菜所吸收的氮大部分用来形成籽粒;同时在基肥中添加ASU后叶片中的氮素比率相对减少,说明ASU有利于氮向籽粒运转,碳铵尤为明显.用15N-碳铵作追肥施于油菜表土层,其利用率为27.40%,仅为基肥的50%左右,说明碳铵作基肥深施显著优于追肥。
