Behcet’s syndrome is a disease characterized by multiple system lesions of the eye, skin and mucous membranes, joints, blood vessels, gastrointestinal tract and nerves. The disease is most prevalent in the Mediterranean and Japan. In the United States, rare adult cases have been reported in a small number of children. Behcet’s syndrome is diagnosed because of the lack of specific symptoms, signs and laboratory characteristics. In a self-Cypriot syndrome international symposium still can not unanimously adopted the diagnostic criteria of this disease. Some researchers propose that only two of the three original criteria (aphthous stomatitis, genital ulcers and uveitis) are required for diagnosis; Mason and Barnes proposed a complex set of four major criteria Mucosal ulcers, genital ulcers, eye and skin lesions) and six secondary criteria (gastrointestinal
