近年来,素质教育的呼声越来越高。素质教育的根本目的在于提高学生的综合知识能力水平,以适应未来社会的需要。对中学生而言,情感方面的素质尤为重要。从心理发展阶段看,中学生的心理属于半成熟期:日常学习生活中会遇到许多情绪方面的问题,如果能将负面情绪及时转化,对学生的学习、身心发展会起到积极的推动作用,反之则会使其走向另一极端。因此对中学生进行情商培养,使其形成健全人格,增强社会适应性,比一味注重知识传授、智力培养有更重要的作用。

For middle school students, the quality of emotion is particularly important. From the perspective of psychological development stage, the psychology of middle school students belong to the semi-mature stage: There are many emotional problems encountered in daily study life. Therefore, it is more important for middle school students to carry out emotional intelligence training to form sound personality and enhance social adaptability than paying attention to imparting knowledge and training intelligence.
