医药卫生事业与人民群众的利益密切相关,是社会高度关注的热点,也是树立落实科学发展观,实现经济社会协调发展,构建和谐社会的重要内容之一,医药卫生体制改牵动着太多人的心,但中国还是发展中国家的基本国情预示着医改不可能毕其功于一役。我们更应理性看待医改所面临的问题与矛盾,重点关注卫生资源配置,政府投入,监督管理约束体制等问题及并研究其相应对策。
The medical and health undertakings are closely related to the interests of the masses and are a hot spot of great concern to the society. They are also an important part of establishing a scientific outlook on development, achieving coordinated economic and social development and building a harmonious society. The medical and health system reform affects too many people However, the basic national conditions of China, as a developing country, indicate that medical reform can not be completed in battle. We should take a more rational view of the problems and contradictions faced by the medical reform, with a focus on the allocation of health resources, government investment, supervision and management of the restraint system and other issues and to study the corresponding countermeasures.
