针对某矿井煤柱自然发火严重的问题,设计了煤自燃低温阶段特征实验系统。取实验矿井残留煤柱、煤柱进风巷、煤柱回风巷3处煤样进行程序升温实验,测定煤低温氧化过程中在不同的特定温度点出口气体成分以及浓度。研究CO2、CO、CH4、C2H2浓度与煤样温度变化之间的规律。基于实验研究结果,确定了煤自燃预测预报的指标性气体为CO,辅助性的指标气体为C2H2,本研究对建立煤自燃预测预报体系具有参考价值。
Aiming at the serious problem of spontaneous combustion of coal pillar in a coal mine, a characteristic experiment system of coal spontaneous combustion at low temperature was designed. Take the experimental mine residual coal pillars, coal pillars into the airway, coal return airway 3 coal samples were programmed temperature experiments to determine the low-temperature oxidation of coal at different temperatures point of the outlet gas composition and concentration. Study the law of CO2, CO, CH4, C2H2 concentration and coal sample temperature change. Based on the experimental results, it is determined that the indicator gas for coal spontaneous combustion prediction and forecasting is CO and the auxiliary indicator gas is C2H2. This study is of reference value for the establishment of coal spontaneous combustion forecasting and forecasting system.
