煤炭在我国一次能源生产和消费结构中占70%左右,我国富煤、贫油、少气的资源特点,决定了煤炭在一次能源中的重要地位。气动深孔钻车功率大,工作效率高,极大地降低了工人的劳动强度。其可靠性不仅直接影响煤炭生产,还关系到井下工人的生命安全。本文针对煤矿用气动深孔钻车操作维护与检修进行分析,提出积极有效的解决措施,最大限度地减少钻车事故的发生,提高煤矿的经济效益和安全效益。
Coal accounts for about 70% of China’s primary energy production and consumption structure. The characteristics of resources rich in coal, lean oil and less gas in our country determine the important role of coal in primary energy. Pneumatic deep hole drilling power, high efficiency, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers. Its reliability not only directly affects coal production, but also relates to the life safety of underground workers. This paper analyzes the operation, maintenance and overhaul of pneumatic deep hole drilling vehicles in coal mines, puts forward effective and effective measures to minimize the occurrence of drilling accidents and improve the economic benefits and safety benefits of coal mines.
